Peggy Hagler

My love for art started at a young age. A native of Barbour County, after retiring from a nursing career I decided to delve into my lifelong desire to be an artist. I am drawn to painting portraits and capturing the characteristic nuances that make each person unique. I feel accomplished when I am able to stir an emotional response from my work. I love studying from the old masters and I have on-line artist mentors that have helped me along the way.​
